Keeping Ellie busy!

Ellie loves to be busy, no matter how tired Brad and I are, she wants to be doing something! We take her to the pool, for walks around Piney Orchard, and out to run errands. Recently, we took a hike in the Piney Orchard Nature Preserve (of course she fell asleep for most of it), to the Baltimore Zoo, to a Babies in Bloom Class at the library, to the New Jersey Shore, and of course to visit family. One bad part about keeping her busy is that she's started to dislike being strapped in the carseat, this means some stress and screaming in the car, hopefully this is just a short phase.
At the Piney Orchard Nature Preserve, these geese were following us.
Nature Preserve again, notice the fawn in the background.
Nature Preserve, lotus flowers... speaking of lotus flowers...
...my lovely sister Lien Hoa (which means lotus flower) and her kids at our pool.

The Bower family at the beach, Ellie's first beach experience.
The whole group, minus me (I'm taking the picture) at the beach.

Zebras, they were so pretty! The chimps were the most entertaining, and the dik-dik's were the cutest!
